The development of new technology in contemporary society has resulted in yet another fundamental change of the society since the first massive transformation brought by industrialization. One of the important changes is the logic and theme of human production and distribution of wealth in the past has gradually shifted to the production and distribution of risk — a mark of the coming of the second modern in the 20th centery.
