Energy transformation should not be about only "safety standards" and "electricity capacities", but a multi-aspects, cross-border supportive system. This "supportive system" must be the one not only acknowledging the existence of the system of sacrifice but also guiding and accumulating an inclusive, sympathetic and sharing system. It is also constituted of multilevel support networks and systems.
