In the face of the three spiral movement—global carbon reduction, industrial transformation, air pollution regulation—Taiwan's difficulties and challenges in energy transformation must be placed on two important aspects for consideration. The first is value-oriented. We need to rebuild the values of economics and society for Taiwan’s future; the second is the structural impingement on energy transformation.
