Following Fukushima nuclear disaster in March 2011, the atmosphere of energy polices in Japan has undergone a dramatic change. The Japanese government has revised the 'Basic Energy Plan', and actively facilitated debate on such as whether Japan can abolish nuclear power, how to introduce a substantial amount of renewable energy to meet the actual situation, and what is the contour of a future power system. In particular, Japan began to seriously think over, is the time taking it seriously, to learn energy transformation of Germany which accelerates because of Japan's own tragedy.
