In addition to participating in COP 21, Taiwan's Adaptation Policy responding authorities (majorly represented by the National Development Council) have shown a follow-up to the development of global climate change. More importantly, the relevant authorities will also have to look at the shortcomings of existing measures, as well as the inherent ability to establish a policy of adaptation, such as the ability of resilience in responding to disasters; they are pivotal aspects that the government needs to reinforce.
