In addition to the delegation organized by the central government, there is another form of delegation which includes domestic representatives from Taipei City, New North City, and Taoyuan City, Taichung City, and Kaohsiung City, Pingtung County — the "Chinese Taipei City Delegation".

They are also worthy of attention and demonstrate the dedication and concerns on the COP 21 and climate change in local level.
