Although the action plan for "social innovation and sustainable development" is only one of the many possible bottom-up community-building or cooperative models to save the society from facing an almost impossible to solve the crisis, the biggest innovation of this model is to link the capital market to the resources that will be saved and turned into greater energy. Saving the existing resources and linking them back to the capital market can have greater propelling energy to promote more community residents to join the brigade of the production of carbon rights or health rights, converting the excessive waste of resources in the process back to society.
