How to encourage civil society participating in governance dialogue

Behind the social issues in modern society, often mixed with perplexed wrestling between multiple stakeholders. While modern environmental change and economic development issues are issues with complex structures, such as the need for carbon reduction, the threat of climate change, and the use of nuclear power, this is precisely the main reason why the relevant policies need to be fully communicated, communicated and communicated so as to be trusted and legitimized before they are formulated and executed. At present, there are few recognized mechanisms for civil society and government dialogue in Taiwan. As a result, all citizens must bear the bitter consequence of the lack of effective dialogue between the government and the people.
