Towards the "Citizen Movement": Anti - nuclear Movement in Taiwan after Fukushima Accident

On April 10, the long-running 24-day Sunflower student movement came to an end, but this wave of social movement is on the horizon. Mr. Yi-Hsiung Lin, who has launched numerous "Referendum on the FNPP, a thousand miles of painful steps," will begin an indefinite fasting on April 22. He appealed to the government to immediately halt the construction of the 4th nuclear power plant against which most public opinions are opposed.
