The so-called latecomer countries, in a traditional sense, follow the developmental pace of advanced countries to move forward slowly. On the road, industrial pollution, and the difficult to keep up with advanced technology, only made these countries be exploited, this often goes beyond our imagination. A growing number of countries are no longer duplicating the progress of the advanced countries, and try to protect their environment while still acquire economic growth; this is about envisaging a "Green Growth Strategy" that focuses on developing sustainable water, energy, and agricultural infrastructure.
