Taiwan has, over the past 30 years, achieved a high level of economic development through a unique labor system and export-laden strategy; its joint goal is achieving a high level of growth with equality. However, facing the challenges of industrial structure change and globalization, the growth system began to be tested, especially in the deterioration of the labor market.
